Fertility treatment can be complicated, emotionally draining, and expensive. Meritain Health plan members have access to Progyny. Progyny provides fertility benefits through a preferred network, to deliver positive results for families while reducing their risk of multiple births.
Progyny covers egg and sperm donation and freezing, diagnostic testing, preimplantation genetic screening, IVF, surrogacy counseling, and more.

Adoption and surrogacy assistance
PayPal’s adoption and surrogacy assistance provides you with support to grow your family. Through Progyny, you can be reimbursed for eligible adoption or surrogacy expenses (up to a maximum). Eligible expenses include attorney fees, court costs, agency fees, and placement fees. You can receive surrogacy benefits and adoption support even if you’re not enrolled in a PayPal medical plan.

Dependent Care FSA
A Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) helps you manage eligible dependent care expenses. You contribute to your account through pre-tax payroll deductions. You can use the money in your Dependent Care FSA to pay for expenses such as a babysitter or nanny to provide care while you’re at work, day care provider or after-school care, preschool tuition, and more.
